In this webinar, our guest speaker, Carmen Bridget Ho, a lymphatic care specialist, will share with us her health and beauty tips to stay youthful and healthy through lymphatic care. Ladies, whether you are a student who is stressed out for upcoming tests and exams, a busy working parent who is busy balancing work and family duties, a young professional who wants to look your best at the workplace or a retiree enjoying life, this webinar is definitely one not to be missed if you wish to stay young, stress-free and healthy! 

Carmen Bridget Ho is a 100% Paulinian as she attended St. Paul’s Kindergarten, SPCS Primary and completed her secondary education at SPCS. Carmen currently undertakes administrative work at a tertiary institution in Hong Kong. Outside of work, Carmen engages in continuous learning, with a focus on health care. Through continuous learning, Carmen has recently been accredited as a lymphatic care specialist. Apart from applying her acquired knowledge on self-care, Carmen enjoys sharing her knowledge with others to promote healthy lifestyles.
