Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020
Dear Alumni,
The Alumni Association of St. Paul’s Convent School Limited (“AASPCS”), cordially invites you to join our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Saturday, 23 May 2020 at 2:30 p.m. via video conference. Due to the evolving situation around COVID-19, we will be using Zoom (a video / phone conference link) to hold this year’s Annual General Meeting.
We are pleased to announce that 12 alumni are willing to be the nominees for the Executive Board of AASPCS for 2020/2021:

Please confirm attendance on or before 8th May 2020 by completing online registration form: https://form.jotform.com/201091122756447. The video conference link and password will be sent by email once membership status has been verified. For those who cannot attend the AGM, you may wish to appoint a member of AASPCS to act as a proxy to vote on your behalf at the AGM, by sending the completed attached proxy form to us by email at membership@aaspcs.com .
