In Loving Memory of Mrs. Mary Mak
It is with great sadness that Staff and Paulinians of St. Paul’s Convent School received the news that Mrs. Mary Mak, a former teacher of the school, passed away peacefully on 23 March 2021 at the Sanatorium Hospital.
Mrs. Mak was a devoted teacher of Chinese, Chinese History and Chinese Literature, as well as a dedicated moderator of the Chinese Society at St. Paul’s Convent School from 1966-1992. Apart from teaching, she was also an enthusiastic athlete who represented Hong Kong as a cross-harbour swimmer in the 1950’s.
Mrs. Mak was one of the most amiable teachers who showed great kindness and affection to all her students. She will be fondly remembered for her dedication and passion in teaching and her positive image and contributions to St. Paul’s Convent School. Our prayers and heartfelt condolences are with her beloved family.
May she rest in peace.
