This statement serves to clarify that the sales and charity drive promoted by the social media has nothing to do with The Alumni Association of St. Paul’s Convent School Limited (“AASPCS”), although St. Paul’s Convent School’s (the “School”) school uniform pattern was being used as the background and the word “Paulinian” was used. AASPCS hereby disclaims any liabilities arising from this social media platform. “Paulinian” is a general term for all who have once studied in one of the St. Paul’s institutions around the world. Hence, Paulinian is not necessarily a student or former student of St. Paul’s Convent School. Based on information provided by the School, charities approved by the Hong Kong Education Bureau and supported by the School include The Community Chest of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Diseases Association and Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital Limited, Caritas – Hong Kong.

近日，本會發現網上社交平台上載具有「保祿人」字樣的徽章義賣活動帖文，並以聖保祿學校校服式樣作其背景。本會在此作出嚴正聲明及澄清，此等活動與本會完全無關。本會對於此平台所引起的直接或間接責任，概不負責。

事實上，「保祿人」只是一個統稱，泛指曾於世界各地的聖保祿機構受教育的人。因此，「保祿人」不一定代表聖保祿學校的學生或校友。

據聖保祿學校聲明，每年，聖保祿學校只參與及支持已獲教育局批准的活動，主辦機構包括香港公益金、香港防癆心臟及胸病協會、瑪利諾聖母醫院有限公司及香港明愛。
