Chinese New Year Celebrations for Elderly

Wish the elderlies at the Caritas Elderly Centre a happy and prosperous Year of the Ox with your greetings videos and lantern riddles. AASPCS invites all to join and submit videos of your greetings, performances and/or lantern riddles (with answers) to celebrate Chinese New Year with them!

Details:
1.Participants – The event is opened to all age groups, members or non-members and their family members.
2.No Fee – It is free of charge.
3.Videos – Videos will be sent to Caritas (Caine Road) for sharing with elderlies at the Caritas Elderly Centre. The videos will be sent by Caritas staff electronically to the list of elderly participating in the centre’s activities.
4.Theme – Chinese New Year celebrations and lantern riddles. You may include greetings, performances and not more than 5 lantern riddles (with answers) in your video.
5.When – Submission deadline is on or before 24 February 2021.
6. Submission – Please submit your videos by uploading the file or providing a youtube link to your video via this link: https://form.jotform.com/210473098003448

By submitting a video, a participant is confirming that the participant consents to the terms and conditions of this event. In the event of participants under the age of 18, a participant is confirming that consent is given by a parent/guardian to participate subject to the terms and conditions of this event.

Terms and Conditions:

a.All submissions must be original, fit the theme mentioned and not infringe intellectual property rights. Each participant should submit one video only.

b. The video can be portrait or landscape in orientation.

c. AASPC reserves the right to change any terms, conditions, rules and arrangement for this event without prior notice.

d.All personal information collected by AASPCS will only be used in matters relating to this event including promotion and publicity purposes.

e.AASPCS’s and Caritas’s decision on the selection of videos and messages for display is final.

f. AASPCS reserves the right to alter, edit, publish, reuse or exhibit the video in any manner whatsoever including publicity or promotion purposes.

g. Consent is given to AASPCS to provide the videos to Caritas for the purposes of this event and consent is given to Caritas for distribute, publish and exhibit the videos by electronic means to its event participants.
