AASPCS Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear Alumni,

The Alumni Association of St. Paul’s Convent School Limited (“AASPCS”), cordially invites you to join our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Saturday, 11 May 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at Room G6, St. Paul’s Convent School, 140 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong and via video conference. We will be sending Zoom video conference details to members who wish to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting via video conference.

Please confirm attendance on or before 9 May 2024 by completing online registration form: https://form.jotform.com/240967813377468. If you opt to attend by video conference, the video conference link and password will be sent by email once membership status has been verified. For those who cannot attend the AGM, you may wish to appoint a member of AASPCS to act as a proxy to vote on your behalf at the AGM, by sending the completed attached proxy form to us by email at membership@aaspcs.com .
