Dear Alumni,

The Alumni Association of St. Paul’s Convent School Limited (“AASPCS”), cordially invites you to join our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Saturday, 29 May 2021 at 2:30 p.m. via video conference. Due to the evolving situation around COVID-19, we will be using Zoom (a video / phone conference link) to hold this year’s Annual General Meeting.

Please confirm attendance on or before 15th May 2021 by completing online registration form: https://form.jotform.com/211212070359444. The video conference link and password will be sent by email once membership status has been verified. For those who cannot attend the AGM, you may wish to appoint a member of AASPCS to act as a proxy to vote on your behalf at the AGM, by sending the completed attached proxy form to us by email at membership@aaspcs.com .
